TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Please note that you are purchasing a Highly restricted, non-refundable airline ticket that carries cancelltion and change penalties imposed by the airline and cannot be disputed.
• It is important that the billing address and phone number you provide are the address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. We will not be able to process your order if the information provided does not match.
• Most tickets are E-Tickets and will be issued as E-Tickets whenever possible. If tickets have to be issued as Paper Tickets, there will be an additional shipping charge to ship via FedEx/UPS/DHL.
• All ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled.
• All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non- transferable.
• Usually ticket exchanges once they are issued cannot be made and will always incur substantial penalties, which may exceed the original cost of the ticket purchased. Please contact us for any assistance
• In some cases tickets do not qualify for frequent flyer mileage accrual or upgrades. Please check with individual Airline for details
• Seat assignments can be arranged through our service center or contacting the airlines directly or will be made at the airport on the day of departure.
• We require an US Billing and Delivery address.
• If this is an international trip, special travel documentation like visa may be required for each traveler. You are solely responsible for any and all such documentation.
• Check Payments: If you are making a check payment for your booking, please write "online booking", the record locator, and your company's name or email on the check.

Other Rules

• DL / AF / KL Joint US-EMEA Commissionable fares. No commissions will be earned for the following: DL web fares with Fare Basis Code containing " PVN ". AF / KL with Fare Basis Code containing " EF ".
• When you browse our fares you will see the code words NET,COMM,PUB next to the prices. NET stands for net fares, COMM stands for commissionable fares and PUB is for non-commissionable fares.
• It is mandatory for all new agents/agencies that register with us (from the website) to fill out and send us the Agency Agreement Indemnity Form before they start any business with us.
• It is mandatory for all bookings to/from Africa, the agents/agencies to send us the Credit Card Authorization Form along with front/back copy of the ID & Credit Card (of the cardholder) used for the booking.
• Bookings to Africa that departure is within a week from the booking date may not be issued due to the fact that the time limit for clearing of the check payment is limited. Unless the agent/agency pays with cash or ACH or credit card and provide the documents required for such transaction. (see above)
• Due to the fact that most airlines don’t accept credit cards for Net Fares, we have include the 4% charge in the base fares.

4. Tickets issued in association with the fares listed are governed by the rules of the Carrier on whom the ticket is issued.

You agree to defend and indemnify CTS fares and its employees and affiliates from any claims, demands , recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or penalties including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees brought about by you or on your behalf or by third parties arising from -
   1. Your breach of these Website terms.
   2. Your violation of any law or right of third parties.
   3. Your use of the Web site.
6. This Website may contain hyperlinks to Websites operated by parties other than CTS fares and are provided for reference only and do not imply our endorsement of the material contained therein.
7. Use of the site is predicated on your assurance that you are a bone fide Travel Agent and that your use of the site is to make legitimate inquiries and are responsible for all uses of the site by those using your login information.
8. This agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and any disputes, questions or controversies will be hand under their exclusive jurisdiction.
